You have a wonderful way to say thanks to your exceptional teachers through the Thank a Teacher program here at UNT. Take a minute to complete the form below to share your appreciation with your teachers. You may complete as many of these forms as you wish (one for each teacher you wish to thank) with the option to remain anonymous. After final grades have been submitted, your notes are sent to your teachers as part of a formal letter of recognition from the Office of the Provost.
